Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
300mlsweetened condensed milk 14 oz
¼cupmelted butter
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
1 ½cupsunsweetened dried coconut fine or medium cut
1 ½cupsgraham cracker crumbs
1 ½cupsmini white chocolate chips
Topping
1cupcolored candy sprinkles
Instructions
Melt the butter and mix with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and white chocolate chips until evenly combined.
Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour until the mixture is firm enough to handle.
Roll the chilled mixture into balls about 1 ¼ inches in size.
Coat each ball in colored sprinkles and chill again until set.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator or freeze and thaw as needed.
