Ingredients
8ozwhite chocolatechopped
½cupheavy cream
1cupfresh strawberriespuréed
1tspvanilla extract
½cupcrushed graham crackers
Instructions
Melt the white chocolate with heavy cream in a heatproof bowl, microwaving in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth, or use a double boiler.
Stir in puréed strawberries and vanilla extract until creamy and pink.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
Scoop small portions, roll into balls, and place on a parchment-lined sheet. Coat each truffle in crushed graham crackers.
