2cupsvanilla ice cream
½cupmilk
1banana
¼cupdark rum
Whipped cream for topping
Red syrup for the “brain” drizzle
Instructions
Blend the vanilla ice cream, milk, banana, and dark rum until smooth and creamy, adding more ice cream for thickness or a splash of milk to thin.
Pour into tall glasses almost to the top. Spoon or pipe whipped cream on top in a lumpy, rounded “brain” shape.
Drizzle red syrup over the cream so it seeps into the crevices for a spooky effect. Serve immediately while chilled and frothy.
