Along with soup, stew, curry, chili is a perfect hearty food for winter’s months. As I have got interested in trying different keto meals recently, I prefer a low carb recipe. Then Keto No Bean Chili came to me. It tastes like traditional chili except for the carbs. It contains only 6g of net carbs per serving, enough to fill you up while keeping you stick to your diet. Perfect!
Traditional chili is crazy good but has too much carbs. It’s made with beans that are unfortunately not low carb. Then, keto eaters have to give up their craving for chili while on diet? No need to do that. This recipe enables you to deal with. It removes beans from the ingredient list but still comes out incredible.
This keto no bean chili is incredibly easy to make. Gather all ingredients in the pot and cook for 6-7 hours (on low) or 3-4 hours (on high). While waiting for it’s done, you can do other things. Do the laundry, tidy room, back to your work, read a favorite book,…etc. That’s why this rich dish is preferred for weekend meals. To best serve, you may top it with a spoonful of sour cream or low carb cheese crisps. Let’s check it out!
