How To Easily Make Keto Pancakes With Only 4 Ingredients?

Instead, the main ingredient among these 4 ingredients is almond meal (almond flour) which contains only a quarter of the carbohydrate content of normal flour, only 21 grams carbs over 100 grams flour. It’s completely low-carb and healthy to your diet plan.

It takes as long as when you make the usual pancakes. Which means only less than 25 minutes to make the batter and to cook. On top of that, you can eat and serve with any topping you like including butter, sugar-free syrup, berries or keto ice cream. They are going to taste even better than the regular pancakes that you have always cooked. 

3. How To Make Keto Pancakes With 4 Ingredients Only?

Ingredients (For 2 – 3 servings): 

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour (almond meal)
  • 1 ½ cups plain almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • 2 eggs 
  • 2 tablespoon sweetener of your own choice 

Instructions: 

  • Mix the flour and sweetener in a mixing bowl. Stir it well. 
  • Add the milk, eggs and a pinch of salt. Whisk using a fork until everything is well combined. 
  • Leave it aside so the batter gets thicker. 
  • Use a nonstick pan and turn the stove over medium-low heat. 
  • Pour the batter into the pan and cook one side for 3 to 4 minutes until it bubbles and turns brown. 
  • Flip and cook the other side in the same amount of time. 
  • Repeat until you get the amount you want. 
  • Transfer to a plate and serve with toppings or butter. It should be eaten while still hot. 

With only 4 ingredients, you can make your family a perfectly healthy breakfast with ease. It is time-saving, tasty, fluffy and absolutely worth to try.
