  • â…“ cup (75 grams) melted coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil or premium vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup (168 grams) of either honey or maple syrup (155 grams)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup (225 grams) of mashed ripe bananas (about two large or two medium bananas)
  • 14 cups (56 grams) of your preferred milk or water
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda (NOT baking powder)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder, plus an extra to sprinkle on top
  • 1 3/4 cups (220 grams) of white whole wheat flour or regular whole wheat flour.

  1. Preheat oven to 3165 degrees Celsius and oil up a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Pour oil and honey together in a large bowl and proceed to whisk it. Add the eggs and mix well, and proceed to pour in the mashed bananas and milk. (If your coconut oil freezes up when mixed with the cold ingredients, allow the bowl to rest in a warm place for a few minutes)
  3. Add in the baking soda, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon to whisk and blend. Then switch to a big spoon and pour the flour in to stir until combined. If you’re adding any additional mix-ins, gently tuck them in now.
  4. Pour the batter mixture into the loaf pan you have finished greasing up and sprinkle lightly with some cinnamon spices.
  5. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Let the bread cool down in the loaf pan for at least 10 minutes. If you need to loosen the bread from the pan then use a butter knife to slice around the edges Carefully transfer the loaf to a wire rack to cool before cutting.

Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup Butter, Melted
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 ½ Cups All Purpose Flour
  • ½ Cup Chocolate Chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Greased up your 9×5 loaf pan with flour-infused nonstick cooking spray or some butter and flour.
  2. In a big dish, mash the banana until smooth. Pour in the sour cream and melted butter to stir, while adding the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract one by one.
  3. Lightly mix the flour, salt, and baking soda together. Add the chocolate chíp in and stir.
  4. Fill the loaf pan with the batter. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.

  • 1/2 cup melted butter 
  • 1 1/4 cup or more flour for pan-dusting
  • 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 3 mashed, fork-mashable, ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows
    12 cups of chopped milk chocolate bars

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place parchment paper over your 9×5 loaf pan after buttering the pan. Smear the parchment paper with butter and flour.
  2. Combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Mix sugar, butter, sour cream, vanilla, and eggs in a separate big bowl and whisk until they are all well combined. After blending the wet and dry ingredients, add the mashed bananas. Add the chocolate chips and gently fold them in.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, and bake for about 60 minutes, or until the top is a deep brown. Transfer the loaf to a baking sheet after letting it rest for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Set the oven to broil. The melted chocolate should be drizzled over the top of the loaf before start adding marshmallows. Add the graham crackers and chocolate piece on top. Broil for another 1-2 minutes.
