With these ingredients to make bread dough, this recipe only takes you under 1 and a half hours to finish. Mostly, it’s the time for baking. While waiting for it to be cooked, you might prepare the side dishes such as bacon, smoked salmon, eggs, vegetables or any other ingredient that you want to have with your bread. Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cups almond flour (blanched flour is recommended)
- 3 egg whites
- 5 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 2 teaspoons baking powder (do not use baking soda)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons bagel seasoning
- 1 cup hot water
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C.
- Mix the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, nutritional yeast, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Mix well until there is no crumb.

- Add the egg whites and vinegar into the bowl. Slowly pour in hot water while mixing with a rubber spatula. Keep mixing until the dough is well blended.
