  • 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 2 (10-ounce) packages of frozen cut-leaf spinach, thawed, drained

Directions:

Step 1: First you should season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste, then roll the chicken in flour to lightly coat. In a heavy large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Cook until the chicken is brown, about 5 minutes per side. Place the chicken on a plate and cover it with foil to keep it warm.

Step 2: In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
